Repairs & Maintenance Request
Existing tenants seeking to submit a maintenance request or provide a notice to vacate may download the relevant form from the links above. Once completed it can be forwarded to email@example.com, emailed to your property manager, or submitted directly to our office.
All tenants should be aware that building insurance and/or landlord property insurance do not cover tenant’s belongings and items. Accordingly we recommend all tenant’s take out their own personal contents insurance to protect your interests in case of damage or theft.
Keys to your rental property will have been provided to you at the commencement of your tenancy. In many cases our office has a spare set of keys that are made available for emergency situations or repairs and maintenance. Should you lock yourself out of your property after hours you will need to arrange a locksmith to provide access to your property at your own cost, and advise your property manager accordingly.
